Business Leadership Associate – Job Description

Objective

To provide holistic exposure to management graduates in all the domain of our


business, make them undergo challenging assignment in critical roles of business data
analyst, project implementation expert, solutions sales associate to develop them for
future leadership role in the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Work with Business Head/ SME’s to plan, set policies, evaluate work output and
handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
 Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage
business situations.
 Report market activity to management by monitoring and analysing competitive
price lists and products.
 Support the Solutions-Sales team in developing relevant solutions & services,
in alignment with business target and budget.
 Study thoroughly the existing the processes, systems and SOPs, its
effectiveness and redesign them with required improvement.
 Suggest and Implement innovative methods for improving operational and
commercial performance at plant sites, warehouses and HUBs.
 Prepare management reports, analyse critical aspects and present key
highlights of performance metrics with appropriate action plan.
 Work with and through management to develop and implement actions deliver
company revenue growth and ensuring profitability.

Position Requirements

 Effectively communicate and corresponds with all major stakeholders


 Ability to plan & meet specified delivery timelines for projects
 Agility to prioritize task w.r.t. various stakeholder expectations
 Possesses strong analytical/logical thinking skills
 Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite applications
