Senior Legal Associate / Lawyer:

Requirements / Skills:
1. Must be a duly licensed lawyer & a member of the Philippine Bar
2. At least 1 year first-hand experience in arbitrations, negotiations, quasi-judicial,
administrative, legal, litigation proceedings and the like
3. Knowledgable with legal documentation, research, correspondences, reporting &
filings and the like
5. Legal management and administrative skills
6. Must be strong and fluent in speaking and writing in the English language
7. Must have initiative, be result-oriented, able to perform multiple tasks with minimal
supervision, work well under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
8. Must NOT be time conscious and is willing to work long hours, weekends and
holidays, if necessary
9. Must be willing to work full-time in Greenhills, San Juan and, to travel within the
Philippines and abroad
10. Must be able to start immediately

Job Description:
1. Ability to acquire, negotiate with and retain clients
2. Render legal advisories, opinions, interpretations and resolutions
3. Handle, advice and assist in compliance management, legal audits, special projects,
corporate mergers, acquisitions and / or on matters in relation to corporate affairs
4. Conduct accurate, in-depth and extensive legal research, case planning, investigations,
due diligence as well as the review, submission and filing of appropriate, pertinent,
necessary and / or required legal documents, applications, permits, licenses,
complaints, motions, pleadings, manifestations and the like
5. Preparation, issuance, filing, management and the like of any and all legal documents,
correspondences, cases, such as, but not limited to the preparation of legal research,
case summaries, documentations, contracts, factual findings, investigations, affidavits,
motions, pleadings, appeals, manifestations and the like
8. General representation and attendance in any and all necessary and / or required
trainings, meetings, hearings, conferences, seminars, arbitrations, dispute resolutions,
negotiations, litigations, administrative, legal proceedings and the like
9. Maintain good relationships with pertinent government, regulatory and judiciary
personalities, offices, departments, tribunals, entities, bodies and the like, as well as the
coordination with external legal advisors and / or counsels, if necessary
10. Perform any and all other duties and responsibilities given by management from
time-to-time

1. Fixed base monthly salary
