4.0 Guideline on Antivirus Download to Government PC at School

1. Type URL “http://kaspersky.schoolnetwork.com.my/” on the address bar of Internet

Explorer and click enter. Once the website have fully loaded click the “Register” button.

2. Fill in the user registration forms. Make sure all the necessary blank spaces are filled with the
complete information and click “Register”.

3. After registration. Click the “download” tab on the top of the website to download the
antivirus software.

4. Select your region and choose what type of antivirus needed for the installation ex:
Kaspersky for server or workstation and click the “download” button. Before download the
antivirus please check your software requirement to meet minimum specification.

5. Download the antivirus software by clicking “save” to your computer.

5.0 Fault Reporting

1. In case of any difficulty, kindly contact School Broadband Helpdesk support at 1060.

2. Effective from 1st March 2011, School Broadband Helpdesk number is
