1.2 The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees, if this bid is accepted, to enter
into an Agreement with the Owner in the form included in the bidding Document to
perform all Work as specified and indicated in the Bidding Documents for the price and
within the times indicated in this bid document and in accordance with the terms and
conditions of these bidding documents.

Article 2 - Bidders Acknowledgements

2.01 Bidder accepts all the term and conditions of the Instructions to Bidders, including
without limitations, those dealing with the disposition of Bid Security. This Bid will
remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the submission of the Bid, or for such
longer time that the Bidder may agree in writing to extend the bid offer.

A. Bidder has examined and carefully studied the Bidding Documents, the other
related data identified in the Bidding Documents, and the following Addenda,

B. Bidder has visited the Site and become familiar with and is satisfied as to the
general, local and Site conditions that may affect cost and progress and
performance of the Work.

C. Bidder is familiar with and is satisfied as to the federal, state, and local Laws
and Regulations that may affect cost, progress and performance of Work.
D. Bidder has carefully studied all additional or supplememtary examinations,
investigations, tests, studies, and data concerning conditions at or contigious to
the site, all shop drawings provided by the equipment suppliers, all existing plans
provide by Owner.
 E. Bidder does not consider that any further examinations, explorations, test
studies, or data are needed in order to submit a bid to perform the work for the
Bid Price and within the time allowed and in accordance with the other terms of
the Bidding Documents.

F. Bidder is aware of the general nature of the work to be performed by the

Owner and other at the Site that relates to the Work as indicated in the Bidding
Documents, or to the normal day to day operation of the site. Bidder
acknowledges their ability to perform the work in the prevailing condition and will
make reasonable efforts to maintain operations of the Site as normal as possible
during construction. Work to be provided by the Owner is:

G. Bidder has correlated the information know to the Bidder, information and
observations obtained from visits to the Site, reports and drawings identified in
the Bidding Documents and all additional examinations, explorations, tests,
studies and data contained in the Bidding Documents.

H. Bidder has given Owner written notice of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or
discrepancies that the bidder has discovered in the bidding documents and the
written resolution thereof by Owner is acceptable to Bidder.

I. The Bidding Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey

understanding of all terms and conditions for the performance of the Work for
which this bid ids submitted.
