Smokers at risk

educed by 60 per cent if people follow the Ministry of Health’s (MoH)

Media should be responsible


Dr Abdullah bin Nasser al Harrasi, Chairman of the Public Authority for Radio
nd Television called on the media to act responsibly. “The media plays a major
ole in raising awareness and fighting rumours. The media should not publish
ny coronavirus-related figures unless it is from MoH,” he said.

Food supplies
H E Ahmed Hassan al Dheeb, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Commerce
nd Industry, said, that food items are imported via 86 ports in 40 countries.
The government is providing importers warehouses for free. There is enough
vailability of foodstuff, basic commodities and supplies in all governorates. So,
here is no need to store food in excess.”
