 Planning of daily installation activity as per the Schedule and monitor the teams.
 Ensure the schedules as per the plan and highlight any deviations.
 Identifying the necessary training for sub contractors and organize training needs.
 Arranging of manpower and tools as per the schedule and job.
 Carry out regular / surprise site surveys / Audits.
 Receive of materials at the site and arrange for material inspections by
consultant, and coordinate with Q.A of main contractor for payments.
 Random stage wise quality inspections and organize on line trainings.
 Site safety inspections & conducting safety tool box talk meetings.
 Evaluating the performance of technicians &Helpers and monitoring & arranging
training on their weaker areas...
 Recording the nonconformance and delay caused by other agencies.
 Taking stock out details of individual elevator on monthly basis and sending
missing and warranty claims to factory and following up the factory for the same.
