Green School is in Bali, Indonesia. It’s five years
old. The students come from all over the world. The
school is in the middle of a forest and is next to a
river. It is a very green and beautiful place. The
school building hasn’t got any walls; the students
learn outside the classroom and they do projects
about nature. The teachers want their students to
learn about the animals and plants that live on
Earth. There are after-school activities like sports,
art, drama and music.
River Plate School is in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The school building is in a football stadium of the
famous River Plate football team. Students study
lots of subjects. Football is a big part of the school
life. Many of the students want to be footballers.
There is also a special football academy. All the
students at River Plate are crazy about football!
The Door Step School is in the city of Mumbai in
India. It is 25 years old. Many of the children at the
school haven’t got permanent homes. They live with
their families in different places. The school has got
a small building in Mumbai. Some children live far
from the school building. For these children there is
a school bus. Inside the bus is a teacher, a
classroom, a whiteboard and a TV. The bus goes to
different places in Mumbai and stops for two hours.
Children get on the bus and have lessons in English
and Maths.
