Sub: Annual Maintenance Contract for Burglar Alarm System

With reference to the Above Subject, we would like to state that the security alarm
system supplied and installed by us is out of warranty. Hence to maintain the
normal working condition and to enhance the useful life of the system, we would
suggest your good selves to enter into Annual Maintenance Contract. Please find
enclosed here the Terms & Conditions and AMC Contract Form for the same.

Please note that replacement of any major components will be chargeable

additional at actual.

 Terms & Conditions

The Annual Maintenance Contract includes our Service Engineer’s visit 4 times a
year (and break down calls) and will carry out the following.

a) Observation of the entire system

b) Testing of Panel power supply section (viz.) checking of voltages at circuit
board to make sure that the availability of adequate voltage is feeding to the
Panel for proper functioning of the same.
c) Testing of all Module/Card and Actuating Devices to ensure the healthiness of
the same.
d) Sensitivity testing of all Sensors/ Detector, Panic Switch/ MCPs.
e) Taking remedies and speedy action against the complaints noted during the
service visit.

Kindly note that during the above said procedure if we find the need for
replacement of any parts such as PCBs, Transformer, Battery, Sensor/ Detector and
other accessories, it will not be covered under Annual Maintenance Contract and the
same will be considered as additional. Whereas if minor components like fuses,
capacitors, diodes, resistors & transistors are needed to be replaced the same will
be replaced free of charge under the Annual Maintenance Contract.

We hope the above said procedure of Maintenance will help you keep the
system in healthy condition always. We are enclosing herewith the Order
Form to facilitate you enter into the above said Annual Maintenance
Contract.
