7. Remove the factory emblem from the O.E. grille by push-
ing in on the four (4) mounting tabs and push the
emblem out from the back.
IMPORTANT! The exposed edges of the stainless steel grille and mesh can be ex- tremely sharp. Please handle with care.

11. Install the assembled emblem onto the mesh section by
aligning the mounting tabs on the emblems through the
slots in the mesh grille and install the supplied black
plastic washers, #10 flat washers, #10 lock washers and
#8-32 hex nuts and tighten.

8. Remove the upper and lower mounting tabs from the
back of the emblem.
9. Install double faced tape to the back of the emblem (as
shown).

12. Before installing the upper grille, bend the centers of all
four (4) lower mounting brackets down as shown. This
will allow the lower mounting brackets to snap into the
factory slots in the bumper cover.

10. For Mesh Grilles: Align the emblem onto the emblem
mounting plate, align the outer edges and press the
emblem firmly to the plate to set the tape.
For “Q” Grilles: Align the emblem onto the “Q” grille and
press the emblem firmly to the plate to set the tape.

13.Carefully align the upper grille into place, making sure all four
(4) lower mounting tabs fit into the lower slots in the bumper
cover. Press firmly at all lower tab locations until the tabs snap
into the slots.
14.Reinstall the factory upper push pins to secure the E&G “Q”
or Mesh grille and the factory plastic cover.
15.IMPORTANT: If the grille is too high, it may hit the hood.
Carefully close the hood and check the clearance. If you need
to move the grille down, remove the grille and bend the
lower mounting brackets up until the grille is centered in the
opening. If the grille is too low and will not fit inside the
opening, bend the lower mounting brackets down to raise
the grille up enough to fit inside the factory opening.

16. Install the 1/8” Urethane tape to the sides of the lower
frame to conceal the edges of the mesh (where shown).
17. Align the mesh section onto the lower frame and install
two silicone sleeves onto the lower center mounting
stud. This will conceal the stud once the lower grille is
installed.
18. Align the lower grille into place, making sure that the
center studs fit around the center factory grille stiffener
(not shown).

21. Use a 1/4” drill bit to drill through the marks make in the
previous step. Remove any plastic shavings that could
get caught behind the mesh grille.

19. Remove the lower plastic panel from underneath the
vehicle by removing the eleven (11) plastic push fasten-
ers. Remove the fasteners by prying out the center of the
pin until it releases, then pull the two piece pins from
the mounting holes

22. Align the lower grille (and mesh section if applicable)
into the opening, making sure that the center studs pass
around the center verticle divider and the end studs pass
through the holes drilled in Step 20. Install a black plastic
washer and an 8-32 ESNA nut onto each center stud
and begin tightening but do not completely tighten.

20. With the lower grille template cut and and properly
aligned, use and awl or similar pointed tool to mark the
center of the hole where indicated on the template.
Remove the template, flip it over and mark the passen-
ger side.

23. Install the supplied three hole mounting brackets over
the end studs, install an 8-32 ESNA half nut and begin
tightening but do not completely tighten.

24. Carefully peel back the protective masking tape from
around the lower mesh grille. Peel the tape back over
itself to minimize tape breakage. Pulling down on the
bumper cover underneath the mesh grille will help
increase the gap, making it easier to remove the tape.
25. Once the tape is removed, finish tightening the 8-32
ESNA half nuts.
26. Reinstall the lower plastic panel and push pins.
27. Finish removing the protective tape. Thoroughly clean the
grilles (using a mild solvent to remove any glue residue left
from the protective covering, followed by glass cleaner to
remove any solvent residue) once you are finished the instal-
lation. CAUTION! Be careful while cleaning as the edges of
the stainless steel can be very sharp.
28. For vehicles equipped with a front license plate bracket:
Modify the lower portion of the front bracket by trimming
the center mounting leg even with the stiffening supports
(A). Shorten the side extensions (B) as needed until the front
bracket fit tight against the bumper cover and lower grille.
29. Once the front license plate bracket has been modified,
reinstall it using the factory hardware.
30. Finished installation.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:
E&G Classics, Inc. warrants its chrome parts and products to be free from defects in mate-
rial, workmanship or finish for Twenty-Four (24) months from the date of shipment by E&G.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at E&G Classics option, of the defective
part or product.
To obtain performance under this warranty you must:

1.) Present your E&G unit to an authorized distributor in your area with proof of purchase.
2.) If no distributor is available, contact E&G Classics (address below) for authorization to
return unit.
3.) Returns - All unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise approved by E&G for
return must have been purchased within the Twenty-Four (24) months. All returns require
an authorization number obtained from E&G and the actual return must be accompanied
by the written authorization form filled out completely. All merchandise must be inspect-
ed upon receipt and shortages reported within 48 hours. All merchandise must be in a
resalable condition. Merchandise must be packed carefully in the original packing. If orig-
inal packing is no longer usable, repack item(s) comparable to original manner. All returns
are subject to a 25% handling charge. Special order items are not returnable. Defective
merchandise must have an explanation of the problem. No credit will be issued unless
invoice number and date of purchase has been supplied. Manufacturer shall be sole judge
of defects in a product.
4.) UPS accounts - All returns must be prepaid. Do not send return shipments freight collect.
Once E&G has made its decision and it is a claim against our warranty policy, E&G will
credit incoming freight on damaged parts.
5.) No discontinued part or parts changed due to body style are returnable.

You are responsible for inspecting all packages containing E&G Classics' parts and product
immediately upon their receipt and must file a claim with the carrier for any damage disclosure
by such inspection and notify E&G classics in writing at the above address of any such dam-
age. This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subject to mis-
use, neglect, accident or have been altered or repaired in any way. This warranty does not
cover any accidental or consequential damages for any breach of this warranty agreement.
E&G Classics shall have no responsibility for any loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss
or consequential damage, nor shall E&G be liable for any injury or damage to persons or prop-
erty by reason of any defect in material, workmanship or finish of its parts or products. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary
from state to state.
