1. Introduction

An experiment was conducted by some engineering students to study voltage, current,

resistance, and power in the circuit that consists of a voltage source and a resistive load (a light bulb)
in series. The output voltage of the voltage source, 𝑉, is changed with time and current, through the
circuit to be measured, as shown in Table 1.

This test will determine the entire current streaming through arrangement and parallel circuits, the
voltage across each resistor and the current streaming through the series and parallel circuits; to
study the relationship between the voltages on each resistor and the entire voltage and the
relationship between the current streaming through each resistor and the full current. In this
manner, the experiment can determine current and voltage through an arrangement and parallel
circuit by utilizing Ohm's Law.

An experiment was conducted by several engineering students to study the voltage, current,
resistance and power in the circuit including the voltage source and resistive load (light bulb) in
series. The output voltage of the voltage source, 𝑉, is changed with time and current, 𝐼, through the
measured circuit, as shown in Table 1. denoting the dissipated energy in the resistor over time about
= 0.20 and ∆𝑄 denote the charge current through the resistor for a period = 0.20𝑠.

Unit Conversions:
 A = Ampere = C/s

 V = volt = J/S

 J = Joule

 C =Coulomb

 W = Watt = J/s

Symbols:
 ∆E = energy dissipated in ∆t

 ∆Q= total charge in ∆t

 V =Voltage  P=power

 I=current

 ∆t = 0.2 s = time interval

 R = resistance(ohms)

Formulas:
 V = (I)(R)

 P = (I)²(R) = (I)(V) = ∆E/∆t

 I =∆Q/∆t

5. Conclusion
In this experiment, the document outlined values for voltage, resistance, and current by calculating
and confirming the comes about by performing the test. In addition, the report gives more comes
about how capacitors and resistors work. As a result, a little number of errors in our tests. Most
errors come from measuring voltage, current, and resistance.

Accurate estimation of voltage and resistance due to other impacts such as warm, air, and hand
balance. This demonstrates that resistance may be a quotient of consistent voltage and current.
Moreover, demonstrate the current could be a product of voltage and resistance by keeping the
resistance steady.
