Zoning District Map of St. Thomas-St. John to rezone Parcel No. 8-1-C, Estate Neltjberg (Western
Section) No. 6 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (residential – low density) to R-2 (residential
low density, one and two family)
Purpose: to allow for the division of the parcel into two separate lots
Pierre LaPlace (Brian Turnbull, authorized agent): Request for Amendment of Official Zoning District Map
of St. Thomas-St. John to rezone Parcel No. 3E-1, Estate St. Peter, No. 2 Little Northside Quarter, St.
Thomas from R-1 (residential – low density) to R-2 (residential low density, one and two family)
Purpose to allow for the division of the parcel into two separate lots

Purpose to allow for the division of the parcel into two separate lots
L. Mark Lindqvist and Candace Lindqvist Wallace – Request for Amendment of Official zoning Map of St.
Thomas-St. John to rezone Parcel 19 West Remainder (Parcels 19-1-2-3, 19-1-2-4, 19-1-2 Remainder
(Western Portion), 19-1-2 Remainder (Eastern Portion), and 19-1-2-2, Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 and 3
East End Quarter, St. Thomas from A-1, (Agriculture District) to A-2 (Agricultural District) from R-1
(residential – low density) to R-2 (residential low density, one and two family)
Purpose: to allow the use of the property for the construction of affordable homes
Trust of David E. Chinnery (Paul O. Harrigan, authorized agent) --  Request for Amendment of Official
zoning Map of St. Thomas-St. John to rezone Parcel No. 6B, Estate Agnes Fancy, Great Northside
Quarter, from St. Thomas R-1 (residential – low density) to R-2 (residential low density, one and two
family)
Purpose: to allow further development of the property via a Group Dwelling Permit
