About TCC

Technical Communications Corporation (TCC), www.tccsecure.com, located in Concord, Massachusetts, has been in the
communication security business for 48 years. TCC is a worldwide leader and one of the largest dedicated secure
communications manufacturers in the United States. Our customers include Governments, Militaries, Police, Security
Agencies, Banking & Financial Institutions, Telecommunication Companies, and private enterprises in over 115
countries.

We design, manufacture and sell secure wireless phones; text message encryptors; secure desktop phones; portable
phone encryptors; radio, satellite and microwave link encryptors; and IP and Frame Relay encryptors. We have also
developed custom encryptors including cryptographic modules for National Secure Mode (NSM) Identification Friend or
Foe (IFF) systems; Rocket-borne Telemetry encryption modules; and country-unique encryption algorithms.

Our products include Satellite & Microwave Data Link and Bulk Encryptors, SONET/SDH Encryptors, HF/VHF/UHF Tactical
Radio Encryptors, Phone & Fax Encryptors, Encrypted Mobile Phones, Encrypted Text Message, Missile Firing System
Encryptors, IP and Frame Relay Encryptors, and one-of-a-kind custom encryption solutions.

Our secure phones include landline and wireless devices such as our CSD 3324SE Secure Phone, Fax & Data Encryptor
and our CipherTalk-8000 family of Secure Wireless Phones.

Our core competency includes Digital Encryption Methods; Analog Encryption Methods; Custom (customer unique)
Encryption Algorithms and Key Management; NIST Approved Encryption Algorithms such as AES-256, Encryption
Synchronization, Re-Synchronization & Recovery; Enhanced Separation Range of Encrypted Communication; Late Net
Entry (LNE) Encryption Synchronization; Encryption Keying Material Generation & Management; Secure Encryption Key
Distribution (Over-the-Air, Over-the-Ethernet/IP Networks, Physical token); Secure Network Device Management &
Monitoring; Equipment Vaulting; Tamper Proofing & Zeroizing Designs; End-To-End Encryption Across Multiple
Frequency Bands (HF/VHF/UHF/Satellite); Radio to Telephone Encryption (Commander’s Net); and NIST FIPS 140 – 2
Certification.

An example TCC’s Communication Security product applications include the deployment of our CSD 3324SE Secure
Telephone FAX/DATA encryptor to many United Nations commissions around the world. Our CSD 3324SE Secure
Telephone FAX/DATA encryptor has also been in use for over a decade by many governments in Europe, Asia, Africa, the
Middle East, South America, Central America and North America. TCC is a certified supplier to the UN.

The CSD 3324SE Secure Telephone FAX/DATA encryptor has another tactical advantage of being the only secure phone
that can communicate securely (encrypted) with HF, VHF or UHF tactical radios using our Universal Radio Encryptor for
HF/VHF/UHF radios. This feature allows high-level individuals such as Heads of States and Ministers of Interior and
Defense, to call and talk completely securely with troops in the frontier with neighboring countries or even across the
World. Furthermore, our Universal Radio Encryptor for HF/VHF/UHF tactical radios, the DSP 9000 Tactical Radio
Encryptor, can close the communication security gap that exists when utilizing radios from different radio
manufacturers. Our DSP 9000 has been interfaced and integrated to many tactical radio systems including
Communication Trailers, Manpack Configurations, Radio Base Station Configurations, Airborne Configurations, Naval
Vessel Configurations (including very high speed boats for DEA applications), and Vehicle (Wheel/Track) Configurations.
In many cases these deployments have included going across frequency bands; HF to VHF or UHF, through radio band
relays. With the DSP 9000, the communication through the radio band relay is kept encrypted, earning the DSP9000 the
reputation as the Universal Encryption Solution for Tactical Radio Applications. Thousands of these DSP9000 Encryptors
have been deployed in to Afghanistan.
