The segment of the Body physical idleness has been called the largest public
health problem of the 21st century. Different studies show how lifestyle can affect
health and mortality. Healthy lifestyle and proper weight management is the
practice of balancing a healthy diet and physical activity'. It involves building
muscles and eliminating risk factors that cause many health issues. There are 2
different segments of the body the first segment is the segment of the axial
skeleton and the segment of the appendicular skeleton. Trunk or torso is an
anatomical term from which extend the neck and limbs. Carpal bones are eight
small bones that make up the wrist that connects to hand from the forearm. The
clavicle is also called the collar bone; this is one of the bones that meet the
shoulder. It is the long thin bone located at the base of the neck. One of the
functions of the collar bone is to hold the arms freely and supported, away from the
trunk. The muscle tissues are composed of cells that have the special ability to
shorten or contract in order to produce movement of the body parts. The forearm is
the area between the elbow joint and the wrist. Its two major joints are the radius
(located on the side of the forearm. Flexion describes a bending movement that
decreases the angle between a segment and its proximal segment for example
bending the elbow or clenching a hand into a fist. Hyper abduction is the abduction
of a limb beyond the normal limit.
