Greetings in the name of Jesus Crist our Lord!

The Diocesan Shrine and Parish of our Lady of the Holy Rosary is a community of
believers in Jesus Christ called to know, glorify, and enjoy the Triune God.  Through
Christ and by the Holy Spirit’s empowerment, we seek to love God, his people, and the
world.

The church is giving importance on the role of the Blessed Virgin Mary the mother of
God in the story of the salvation. This coming September 8, 2020 will be the Birthday of
Mary the mother of God.

In line with this we are requesting permission from your good office to allow us to
conduct a procession in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary on September 8, 2020
immediately after the 6:00 AM mass. Rest assured that we will be following the health
and safety protocol of the government as prescribed by the IATF guidelines.
