A 15-20 minutes information session will be held on 11th July 2016 at about
10am – 10.20am. This session will be focus on the risk to restrict the
management change. Meaning that the session will also include the innovation
and strategies session activity.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion this implementation plan has planned to help the Fast Track
Couriers to meet its two goals such as Goal A: Implement PDA/GPS usage
(productivity function) on truck fleet in the first quarter of the 2016 financial
year and Goal B : Implement one person per truck policy using automatic lift
gates in the first quarter of the financial year. which of these goals could help
the company reach the net profit of $200,000 in the financial year due to the
increased in efficiencies and expanded business in the metropolitan area.
