Company. Thanks for meeting with me. Tell me about yourself.

Interviewed Good morning, thanks for interview me, my name is Marcela Otálvaro and I am
twenty seven years old.

Interviewer: Marcela Welcome, thanks for joining us, first we will talk about your personal
life and then about your working life

 Where do you live?

I Live in Rionegro (Antioquia)
 Whom do you live with ?
I live with my parents, my older brother, my two sisters and my pet.
 Are you married?
No, I am single, I'm not interested in marriage.
 what are your personal qualities?
I am quiet, patient, I like to talk about people's feelings and I am nice with the people.
 what are your hobbies?
I like to do exercise, to read, watching series, and I like to share with my family and my friends.
 Do you have children?
No, I don't have children, I don't want to be a mom.
 What are your strengths?
I am focused, dedicated, trustworthy. I have Self-control and continuous Learning.
 what are your weaknesses?
I think of my weaknesses are that sometimes I'm introverted and perfectionist.
 Do you study at the moment? Where do you study?
Yes, I am currently studying psychology at UNAD
  What is your occupation?
I work in an insurance company my position is a risk consultant
 Why do you want this job?
I like this job because I want to be in a Human Resources department
 What has been your work experience?
I worked two years in a marketing company and currently I work in an insurance company one
year ago.
 What are your skills at work?
My skills are punctuality respect, teamwork, creativity and responsibility
 Where do you see yourself in five years?
I see myself in my profession, being a successful psychologist. Also living with three dogs and
my boyfriend in a country house
 Do you work well under pressure?
yes, I always try to give my best to accomplish the task request.


