2. Identify contacts that are obsolete and delete / flag

3. Check contacts to ensure all details are up to date – email address etc.

4. For all the remaining contacts, assign a Hub role from the list provided

5. Any gaps that exist, any employee not available in Hub must be added

create or edits contacts

• This allows the distributor admin to onboard

new users and assign roles to the users so
that they can access relevant information
through the hub.

1. All CWS admins will be now set up in Hub

2. Receive the url from Perkins and access Hub

3. Complete your review by end of January 2021

4. Features such as DMSP and Warranty will be available from February
