WORK EXPERIENCE

Current Employer Oxford School of Language

My association with the institute is

almost 2 years long. I teach people of
different age groups by developing
content on PPTs, using audio-video
method, teaching grammar and
vocabulary in situational context focusing
more on speaking skills by conducting
role plays, extempore, group discussions
and personal interviews. Conducting
regular tests and providing feedback to
students and designing test papers for
fresh candidates before admission, also
form a crucial part of my job.

I worked as a teacher for a year teaching

people of different age groups,
understanding their difficulties, using
innovative ways to teach them by way of
conducting group discussions, role plays,
extempore, personality development
sessions; giving tests, evaluating their
performances and providing feedback.I
managed the branch in the absence of
 the branch in charge by handling
inquiries and giving admissions.

My work span as a Customer Relationship

Manager in the company was 1.7 years.
My job role was to counsel people for
personal loans and handle underwriting
and collections for the entire branch. I
was also the main cash officer and
contributed in branch collections and
administration too.

INTERESTS

I enjoy teaching and feel glad to have transformed my hobby into my

career. My interest lies in creating activities and teaching in English
language through communicative and interactive ways to enable
students emerge as confident speakers. Besides this, I also indulge in
watching comedy, travel and food programs on T.V., my favourite
channels being NDTV Good Times, TLC, Discovery and Sab T.V.

STRENGTHS

My strengths remain my creativity in designing activities and PPTs,

customising them according to students’ needs and motivating
students with a strong belief in teamwork and integrity.
