called gojek that can fastly distribute the driver to the
customer through application and gift information
regarding the location of the customer so the driver
easily find the customer through
googlemaps/navigation.

• Computer hardware
This is physical technology that work with in
information, hardware can be as small such smartphone,
smartwatch or large supercomputer fills a building with
internet of things anything from home appliances to

sensors that interact with computers will affect to the
human environment
• Computer software
Computer hardware need to know what to do that’s why
human created software there is 2 kind of software
system software and application software, system
software is software that running the hardware and
application software is can be say is a added system that
 running the application but detached with the system
software.
• Telecommunication
This things that connection from 1 Computer to
another can be use for distribute data/ communicating
with other people that also using computer that have
connection.
• Database and data warehouse
This component is where the “material” that the
other components work with resides.
A database is a place where data is collected and
from which it can be retrieved by querying it
using one or more specific criteria. A data
warehouse contains all of the data in whatever
form that an organization needs. Databases and
data warehouses have assumed even greater
importance in information systems with the
emergence of “big data,” a term for the truly
massive amounts of data that can be collected
and analyzed.
• Human resources and procedures
The final, and possibly most important,
component of information systems is the
human element: the people that are needed to
run the system and the procedures they follow
so that the knowledge in the huge databases and
data warehouses can be turned into learning
that can interpret what has happened in the
past and guide future action.

Gojek are disrupting traditional taxicab,
business models.!
Answer :
In my own opinion because gojek and uber already use a
information technology that can connect between driver and
the customer directly through application and traditional
taxicab still use really traditional why such waiting in a mall,
airport or pick up customer in roadside that why with the
present of uber and gojek it will totally impact to traditional
taxicab the only why the traditional taxicab company should
adapt with situation such collaborate with gojek/uber or
create their own application.
