Team OHR Foundation is pleased to announce our following Annual Awards: -

 Outstanding Upcoming HR Professional Award of the year 2019 - 20

OHR Foundation believes that showcasing outstanding HR Professionals amongst

itself will help others to emulate better professional behaviour leading to better
contribution. Hence we have decided to rewards those best HR & IR professionals /
practitioners across the industry from last year.

The details are as follows: -

1. The Applicant’s age shall be Less than 40 years (as on 31.03.2020).
2. Any experienced HR &/or IR professional can make an application for the
award.
3. Applicant is required to submit duly filled up the standard application form
including the endorsement as required on e-mail to OnlyHRPune@gmail.com
before 10th October 2020.
4. Representatives of OHR Foundation will validate the data from the applications
and short list application. The applicant may use additional paper sheets to
support his/her statements.
5. OHR Foundation appoint a Selection Committee of renowned HR & IR
professionals.
6. The honorable Selection Committee will have an in-depth interaction with the
short listed Applicants and select the award winners. The honorable Selection
Committee may visit the actual work place if required for validation of
information.
7. The proud Winner one from each category will be announced and felicitated
during our forthcoming 6th Annual day celebration.
8. Core Committee of OHR Foundation may be constrained to discontinue the
process if the response from members is poor.
