In freier Fortsetzung an die Musik zur mystischen Nacht von "Brot und Spiele"
in Trier (damals eigens komponiert: "Nox Mystica" und "Vitam aut Mortem")
entstand dieses Album mit dem Thema "Unser Meer". Es erscheint wieder unter
dem Projektnamen Mergener et Amici, wiederum unter Mitwirkung von
hochgeschätzten Musikerkollegen.
"Mare Nostrum" ist übrigens auch der Supercomputer im Barcelona
Supercomputing Center und in der nicht mehr geweihten Kapelle Torre Girona
an der Polytechnischen Universität von Katalonien in Barcelona untergebracht.
Der Ozean als Ursprung allen Lebens und der Mensch als höchste irdische
Lebensform und seine Kreativität finden hier eine mystische musikalische
Einheit.

In free continuation to the music of the mystic night of "Brot und Spiele" in
Trier (at that time specially composed: "Nox Mystica" and "Vitam aut
Mortem") this album with the theme "Our Sea" was created. It is again being
released under the project name Mergener et Amici, again with the
participation of highly respected fellow musicians.
By the way "Mare Nostrum" is also the main supercomputer in the Barcelona
Supercomputing Center and housed in the deconsecrated Chapel Torre Girona
at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia Barcelona Spain.
