Wire Rope Condition Wire rope & Drive Pulley Dried, Proper lubrication required.
Boom Greasing Boom Is dry, Greasing required.
Hydraulic system is leaking from multiple places like, Outrigger
Hydraulics. System, Line, Hose Etc. distribution valve, main control valve, Wire rope winch drive hydraulic
motor and Swing drive hydraulic motor etc.
Crane Boom, Boom Pads, Inner
Boom telescopic cylinder seems leakage as excessive hyd. Oil leakage
Cylinder/rope, Swing Table and
from the boom end.
Outrigger Condition
Out Rigger Sliding Bush Sliding bush of Our Rigger are worn out, need to be replaced
Pulley & Hook condition & Safe Limit
Pulley is dry, Hooks is ok. SLI working nicely

Fault Codes in Dashboard NA
Comments.:- It has been observed that –
1- Boom greasing was not done since long time, resultant boom is dry condition and full Boom Greasing is
recommended with special high temperature grease.
2- Wire Rope and drive pulley greasing needs to be done.
3- Out Rigger Sliding Bush work out, need to be replaced.
4- Hydraulic system is leaking from multiple places like, Outrigger distribution valve, main control valve, Wire rope
winch drive hydraulic motor and Swing drive hydraulic motor etc.
5- Swing Motor & Boom Cylinder leakage should be rectified immediately.
6- Operator doesn’t have hard copy of TPI, but he presented soft copy. Make sure All required Document should
be available at Crane.
