inspection device” of the Shandong Ming Jia technology Co., Ltd.
. For many years MINGJIA company has set the high-quality standard

How to use the manual

Prior to the first use of the device, please read this manual
carefully. The safety information must be strictly observed.
The detection devices including: a cap-cover detection module and a
liquid level detection module.
Packaging and transportation
The device is delivered in a wooden case. Transport the consignment
in its original packaging with a fork-lift truck to its place of
destination and put it down carefully. Only service personnel
authorized by MINGJIA Company can open the transport case for the
purpose of installation and commissioning.
Mounting, commissioning of the device
Mounting, commissioning and shutdown of the device will be carried
out by MINGJIA company service personnel.

The electrical power supplies for the SPECTRUM device and the
compressed-air supplies for the rejectors must be provided by the
customer to the mounting location of the device before mounting.
Device information
PET bottle and testing machine has been designed for the non-contact
classification of containers. According to the device configuration,
It can detect the following non-conformity:
1. cap pressure ramp, the lack of cover, high cover;
2. Block and guard against theft ring separation Anti theft ring
defect
3. unqualified Liquid level, etc
A single-stage rejectors behind of PET bottle inspection machine,
unqualified containers will be eliminated.
If you change parameters or other adjustments it is necessary

to check the device function by means of testing containers before
starting the production with the modified parameters and
adjustments.

System of protection
According to EN 60529:10/1991, the complete device belongs to the
system of protection IP 54 (protected against dust and splashing
water).
Compressed-air supply
Cross section of air supply lines: 1/2 inch
Waste disposal:
The closed cooling circuit contains coolant and oil which must be
correctly disposed of for the protection of the environment. The
disposal can be carried out by the manufacturer of the cooling unit.
Technical modifications reserved.
As a maintenance-free, hermetically sealed system, the cooling

circuit has been filled in the factory with the required amount of
coolant, and tested for leaks and subjected to a function trial run.
The cooling unit is thus largely maintenance-free. All that may be
required frequently is that the components of the external air
circuit are cleaned by compressed air.
Noise emission
Every rejector emits an equivalent continuous sound level below 65
dB(A). The customer must avoid any inadmissible addition of noise
levels when planning and installing the rejectors.
Compressed air supply
Blowing pressure of the equipment can be in 1 and 6 between bar
regulation, it is by each device to decide for themselves

login form、the main interface display form 、the interface display
form、 settings form、system operation form、 testing form. We will
have to introduce the various parts of each in the following.
1 Login form

Login user generally are: ordinary users and administrator
users. The user permissions of the interface are mainly divided into
three types:
Permissions to view the statistical data; allow equipment operation;
permissions to change the parameters standard.
The administrator has all above privileges, The standard user
privileges by the administrator to set, Login with soft keyboard pop
up,
The operation of soft keyboard is the same as the soft keyboard
of mobile phones; the system default administrator is: admin, the
account can not be deleted、Can not modify the permissions、Only can
change the password、the factory password is 9898.

The main form include: the current thread running speed; Information
bar; control bar; status bar; setting the form, system function
form.
2.1 Control bar button
Test connection：Test the current network connection

Save image： Detection images of the bottle will be saved

Continuous operation: Image processing procedures into

the continuous operation, that is start test.

test.
Loading: To the picture processing procedures to reload.
Count is cleared: For all the statistics show will be

cleared.
Note: Click the Clear count will be the existing test data saved
to the table of historical data for later query, the button only
administrators and users can use the equipment operating
privileges.
Clear error: For the removal of system error, in order to

ensure the normal operation of the system.
Note: The main error is continuous appear too much unqualified
bottles、encoder mistakes、unqualified bottle does not eliminate.
2.2 Status bar
This column set maximum connection error value, when the maximum
connection error value in the production and testing, equipment,
lights will automatically alarm.
Note: Maximum connection error values can be modified, after
clicking
Save, that is successfully modified.
2.3 Information bar
This column is mainly to show the total number of detected
bottles Cap inspection of unqualified、 Liquid level detection of
unqualified and Failure rate of the corresponding detection.
3 Settings form
Mainly includes: Historical data、 Eliminate set 、Light setup 、

Positioning set、 Modify password、 User Settings、Bottle model
set、Help document.
3.1 Historical data form

Historical data form：With the form of the data table to display
in each time unit test statistics each detection, including block
level of qualified number and unqualified number, total detection,
etc. We can choose the nearest detection status and to provide users
with the best time is 60 hours. We can view the entire content, it
requires periodic data to save data.

According to the user demands ,we can choose to reject the bottle of
unqualified cap, unqualified liquid level or unqualified code.
Note: if you click the corresponding button in order to ban
eliminate, the button would show “Banned eliminate” and background
is changed to red.

Light source control interface：The interface is mainly used to set
the strobe controller,it can control the brightness of the cap
inspection
Light (Detection of 1 brightness)and liquid level detection
(Detection of 2 brightness).
According to the needs of the scene, the user can drag the slider or
input a number in the text box to change the brightness of the light
source.
Note: Non-professionals are not allowed to set these parameters,
which relates to the quality of the whole image acquisition, image
quality is the basis of image processing! The brightness of the
lighting source come up to a level of 256, 0-255 in turn from dark
to light.
3.4 Positioning set

The form can determine all distance information .the set of the
form is very important. It determines whether the system can
accurately control the distance positioning. Inaccurate positioning
can tick the right bottle or cannot correctly identify the detected
bottle, cannot make the image processing information correctly saved
to the corresponding bottle. So in the measurement of distance to be
precise, the interface of the data are based on pulse unit

User Settings form: The main form is used to realize new user
registration, delete a user (must have administrator privileges).
The above is a list of usernames, mouse click on the appropriate
user permissions will immediately display the user permissions
column, the administrator has full permissions, only an
administrator can modify the parameter settings. “admin” is the
system default administrator, is not allowed to be deleted and
modified, but the password can be modified, while modifying user

For user privilege ,if you click on the selected administrator,
then all the permissions will be selected, then want to remove
certain permissions are not removed, only administrator permissions
after other permission to remove, register new user default password
is" 9898", please remember well.

Summarize
PET bottle testing equipment is designed according to the least
maintenance . It has few movable parts, so the components needed to
move is less. The result is a small amount of wear parts. The
maintenance is limited to cleaning or detection.
Maintenance work can be conducted only when the

production stops and the power is switched off.

the cycle is one weak.. According to the decision of the extra

1 The purpose of use controller
The main purpose of use controller is to supply the illumination
with power, Control the brightness of the light source and control
the lighting state ( bright, killing).it can trigger a signal to the
light strobe and thus greatly extend the life of the light source.

Channel switch Settings
