Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
One of the main motivations is to be competent, it allows me to fight for personal
satisfaction and better changes in my professional life.

Security allows us to access many possibilities in life, when we speak and take a
step forward, without fear of what they will say, we will always do well in what we
do.

Pursuing a dream is an interest that you achieve passion, they are interests for a
good in life.

Generating relationships is necessary in our lives, we can make alliances and

help each other, to obtain better results in life.

Recognition for our good work in professional or personal life is essential, to have
a good profile and achieve many achievements.

Variety is essential so that the activities you do do not become monotonous and
boring.

Independence is not the most important thing since sometimes we cannot achieve
things alone, it takes the hand of others to achieve it, because two or more heads
think more than one.

To achieve the goals, the lifestyle does not have to be the best, if we want to
move forward, we achieve it against all odds, regardless of the shortcuts, it can be
achieved.

Putting challenges in what I want to achieve is not bad, they are motivations that
help to achieve great goals.

Money is not the most important thing, but sometimes it is needed to invest and
achieve results.
