New Website Planning Worksheet

 Besides the home page, please list the STATIC or STANDARD page that you need for the site.

By static pages I mean pages such as: FAQ / CONTACT US/ HOW IT WORKS etc.

Home page/FAQ/Contact us/How it works/Prize list page/+ a page for each sport and for each

match (When I add a new match in the back end admin panel, it will create a new page), like a

normal betting website.

- Sports Page ( Will feature out all games from that particular sport )

- Match / Game Page ( Will be the main betting page showing the results , Upcoming & current bets )

- Price List Page (Will show the prize list earned by winners) : *will show all the prizes that can be

won by the players : for example a jersey, a PS4, a TV, with the amount of points the player needs to

get the prize  Ok, we can let you manage prizes list in the backend along with point needed for each

and users on the front end can view all these prizes product available and can click on any product to

redeem. This way we will deduct points from the user account and display that redeem request to you

- Signup / Login Pages for the users to signup & login to their dashboard

- Dashboard Page for users to see Points, placed bets & Account info etc.

- Page with an “Advertisement add-in” where users can complete small tasks on advertisement to earn

free points. Can you please provide more details on advertisements add-in? if this is going to

some task to complete for the user to get points then please provide details on what these task

are and how we would know if user has completed that specific task.

Here I mean I would make it possible for users to earn free points. To do that, they can for example

subscribe to a website or spin a lucky wheel on a website or watch a video etc. This can be done with

such apps : https://www.fyber.com/ or https://www.tapjoy.com/ this is app monetization, I don’t

know if you already worked with something similar.

will the user enter in order to register / signup in the site.

I think we should ask user to input name as well along with email and password while creating

account, let me know if you want to collect user address, phone number etc.

yes we can ask login, password, email, address, and phone number, and user should be able to modify

these in its “user account” section.

 Please provide DETAILED specifications in terms of ALL the pages or features that your site

needs to have. Please provide as much information as possible.

In fact, I would like a “normal” but simplified betting website.

- Home page when not logged in will show how it works and encourage visitor to sign in.

- After log in, user can browse through every sport and matches to add them to the cart, and

place their bet.

- User needs a point counter that will be necessary to bet and ask for prizes.

 It would be great, if we can visualize, how exactly the pages would look like. Can you please take

a pen and paper and just DRAW ROUGH sketches of the pages, that would be of great help.

- When not logged in : Something like this page (https://recruiterbox.com/) where it explains

what the website is about and ask for the visitor to sign in.

- Just to confirm that non-logged in user won’t see any matches etc. on the homepage,

they have to login first.

- When logged in : page where you can chose a sport or match, add them to the cart (“Panier”)

What do you mean by cart here? I assume user can participate and bet on one game at a

time because every game would require user to choose the result of his choice + invest

the point required.

I mean that user can choose to bet on 2 games, so first game with odd 1,5 and second

game with odd 1,7, user can bet 100 points on combination of both games and will win

100*1,5*1,7.

This is why they need a “cart”. They can add games into it and chose the amount they

want to bet.

QUESTIONS:

Considering it a Standard / normal sports betting website, we will need more info specifically on the

BETTING Types and information as you mentioned the pages are fine we can setup signup & Visitor pages

but will need information on following

1. What type of Betting you want to setup here? Like Win or Lose, Specific Player performance etc?

To begin, let’s set 10 types of bets : Result/How many goals/Double chance/Score at Half Time etc I will

give you the explicit list later 

Ok, we will need that details to analyze the user input on the bets because when you create a match to

bet for the user then every different type you suggested would ask different input from the user so we

will need these details beforehand to get more detailed information.

Also not every criteria applied on every type of sports like in Tennis there are no goals but score so

wanted to get info from you that bet type should be based on each sports separately.

2. Once user Select a Sport like Tennis & Game like Roland Garros & view matches currently held;

Would these matches be entered by ADMIN as You ? what info do you want to include here while

adding a match?

Yes matches are added in the admin panel, and validated in the admin panel once finished.

3. Who will manage the Game Result? Who will setup the games / sports schedule ?

Same answer, Admin can “create new match”, “create bets on this match (result, goals,score at half time

etc.)”, and “validate a match” to tell that Nadal won the game and that players can receive their points.

4. What Payment gateway do you prefer Stripe or PayPal?

Stripe, I already have an account.

Here is the way to get points :

- For example, 1000 points when signing in

- 10 points every day of connection

- Pay with stripe: for example, 1000 points for 10€ (For what purpose user is paying on the

website as earlier you stated that there is no payment gateway integration needed.)

Yes. As I said, it is possible to play on this website for 100% free. But if you want to win more points

you can do “small task advertisement” (monetization, see above), or you can pay for points  If it is

hard to set up we can forget it for the moment!

- Clique and subscribe on the advertisement add-in to get some points.

5. You mentioned Points System and claim prizes so how would that work;

a. Users bet on specific game from a sport whether win or Loose

b. Add the bets to cart

c. Pay & Checkout

d. Once they win the bet per game result, they will win the Points & redeem prizes

Not exactly a payment, user will choose a game for example Nadal-Federer, place 1000 points on Nadal, win

2000 points and redeem a football jersey for 2000 points 

That means user has to spent points in order to place his bet on the game and to spent points they will

have to purchase points as well, that means user would be paying to add points into their account and

also they will get some random points from the system as well.

They don’t “have to” purchase points, they win points when subscribing or when they connect daily.

They can also pay for points with paypal or credit card (not necessary as explained above).

For example pay 10€ for 1000 points. I will make the PS5 (that costs 500€) available for 70.000 points

so that if someone wants to pay points to get a present I will not be losing money ;)
