The purpose of the given text is to enlighten the readers that replacing libraries with
tablets can seem like an easy solution, allowing people to spend even more time
looking at digital screens, considering the various issues surrounding them. It will
also bring an end to access to many of the advantages of libraries that people have
come to rely on. In certain ways, libraries are such an integral part of the community
network that they can never be replaced by a simple object.

The target readers are the community which consists of students and other people that
commonly use the library.

The position paper begins stating how online learning have become one of the most
used sources of information and how it greatly benefit the finances of the society.

The position paper is structured and well organized in a way that the ideas are like
flowing with the right rhythm.

The style and approach of its presentation and ideas is patterned and organized
smoothly.

 The supporting details are well presenting and it basically supported every argument in
the paper. The explanations are clear and feasible. They are convincing and give the readers a
sense of realization.

7. What cohesive devices were used to improve the flow and clarity of ideas?How
would you describe the conclusion? How is it organized?

The conclusion concluded all the ideas presented in the paper and gave a wide clarity in
letting the readers understand the points in the paper.

8. Has the writer achieved his purpose?

Yes, the writer has achieved its purpose because they delivered a persuasive paper that
convinced the readers how more beneficial and significant still is the library for most of the
people.

 Position papers helps because it makes the human mind molded because of the accurate
information's, it helps people to have more knowledge and to know what to do whenever
they have a problem.
 Position papers helps the citizens, government, and a nation to guide. It helps us to
determine, to understand, and to solve our problem easily.
 Position papers helps us to study the knowledge that are systematic, organized, and has a
great purpose can truly help a society. Problems in society can be solved by thinkers and
doers. Scholarly written reports, researches, papers, are as important as the books and
newspapers.
 Position paper proposal regarding economic growth and eradication of poverty that
establishes insightful basis for making decisions for the communities or for a nation is
one situation in which a concept paper may be effectively used to improve our society.
