Online comrade system

Abstract
Online comrade system is a system in which it will provide their people with the
application that would remove the gap between a buyer and a seller to boost the
selling of product for the seller and proving ease to the customer. Every product that
the customer would buy will have a record that will show the receipt and the previous
order history and would also tell the customer the total products ordered every day
and their average amount that customer is spending on his online shopping. This
system will be more convenient for the buyer and seller. This will boost the profit of
Online comrade system as more brands and shops would contact an Online comrade
system would be able to charge them a profit on every product and would increase the
business. This system would not only increase the sales and purchase of the product
but would also help people to save their time by ordering online.

Introduction
There are very few systems & applications in the market that provide a solution for
online shopping which include things like garments, electrical components and
grocery. The Online comrade system will improve the buying and selling of the
products as this app would allow all the grocery in different malls to be purchased
through online and would facilitate the customer to save his/her time. Not only this,
there would be a special discount for our customers on different products and deals
from different restaurants and companies, if they use your application.

The software will allow the user to evaluate all their purchases and will also allow the
user to show all the previous item history for their purchases and to give the customer
overlook of what he/she is spending most to keep the record of his/her purchases. The
software will allow people to reach a broader audience through the promotion of
services on the Internet. More customers will be attracted to the services and will be
tempted to acquire them.

Online comrade system is a service company which provide free home delivery
services to all its people who are interested in buying their products. They sell their
products which include brands clothes, electronic accessories, grocery material and
many more, this will provide a single platform for a customer to have access for any
items from their home. The one more reason to make this application is to provide the
desiring product which customer has purchased online to deliver at their doorstep.

Purpose of the study


 Online comrade system was using a simple way of calls which a person would call
them and list them the things they need which caused them a huge problem as they
were not able to maintain their records of the payment accurately and sometimes they
misunderstood the name of the product which cause the problem and dissatisfies the
customer and make them angry over their performance and the call system was
difficult to manage because this was taking their time and money but not giving them
the profit and benefit they want. This caused them a huge loss as sometimes people
would prank them by calling them and they won’t be there to receive their order as
their identity was not specified.

Objectives
Objectives of the software system:

·         Gives the customer a good deal and saves time

Methods
This research would be qualitative as the products and the supply chain would be
tested and would be approved by the Online comrade system team to increase the sale
the agency would be focusing on using high-quality photos. They would try
personalizing the home page, focusing on consistency and unique content,
optimize shopping cart functionality, building email lists. The social media marketing
strategy would be improved to grab maximum clients. However, we would also focus
on building the responsive e-commerce website so that it would allow a maximum
number of users. We would also increase e-commerce website search usability. 

Instruments
We would gather people suggestions and their ideas through creating online question
form and then posting the form on Facebook and Instagram though after this we
would hold workshops according to need.

We would gather information from Wikipedia, software requirement engineering
book and would use daraz, amazon and Alibaba website as an example.
