Quantitative Targets, these are the company's future goals that focus on things like financial,
operational metrics customers dynamics and quality.

The Tamarind Co.Ltd's quantitative targets consists of both tangible and intangible targets, that is what
quantity to produce and it's quality on the matter of taste and flavour.

i. Improving Manufacturing and bottling facilities;


Recently the company has more than 20 manufacturing and bottling facilities within the country
since has been established in 2020 but our main focus is to increase the number of
manufacturing and bottling facilities from 20 to 500 after five years.(Tamarind Co.Ltd, offices
and Bottling Plants 2021).
ii. Introducing and developing new products, since the company has been established is dealing
with one major product. Our target a company is to increase the product line from one product
to five products (pineapple juice, Guava juice, Mango juice and Apple juice) after five years.
iii. Market position (Market Share), The present market extent of the company is covering a
national wide so it is still expanding it's market share from day to day so as to reach the
expected market share which is to sale soft drinks regional wise especially in the East African
Countries and few countries in the region of Central Africa.
iv. Distribution and supply of the products,
Since the company is the growing company still having few agents to supply the products such a
way that the company decided to divide them into 5 regionally within the country ( Central
zone, Eastern zone, Southern Zone Western Zone and Northern Zone) in order to meet the
targeted goals with the limited resources but after five years our focus is to extend the by
employing the best cost effective agent- model to reach the targeted goals.
v. Develop social media plan,
Due to the development of science and technology, the company found that there is necessities
to adopt the current situation of technology advancement in growing e-business which will
enable the company to advertise it's products through social networks like facebook, instagram
and twitter and hence increase company's exposure to the world wide.
vi. Increase customer retention and satisfaction, in order to maintain market share and reach out
to existing clientele, the company will employ several tactics such as sending out customers
satisfaction surveys which can be conducted through a special program that will enable
customers to reply feedback to our company after getting the service.
