á MBA Finance, CIIMA or ACA with 4 - 14 years of solid Financial Management Advisory experience in
Financial Services Sector. We are looking for professionals who can provide consulting services to
help our clients transform their Finance function. They need to possess experience on one or more of
the following:
Y Finance process improvement (Finance Operations, Quality month end closings,
Integrated reporting, finance function recovery etc.)
Y Improving finance process efficiency & cost reduction (while reducing risk)
Y Experience in setting Finance Shared Services would be a plus
Y Finance Diagnosis and Strategy (e.g. developing a clearly articulated global finance
vision and strategy aligned to business needs and a transparent roadmap that can help
to deliver cost savings and drive greater business value)
á Consulting experience with 3rd party Financial Services ^  !"  #clients.
á Insurance/ banking qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
á Strong communicator with the personal skills to build strong and lasting client relationships.
á Can commit to frequent overseas travel - at least 50.

á MBA Finance, CIIMA or ACA with 6-14 years of relevant Financial Management advisory experience
across industry.
-At least 8 years relevant experience working in Finance functions
-At least 4 years previous consulting or SSC / BPO management experience
á Strong experience and skills across the life cycle of     and/or &  
     or in our other Financial Management propositions.
á Able to demonstrate project based skills (i.e. project management and delivery) relevant to our
Financial Management solution set
á Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with the personal skills to build strong and lasting
client relationships
á Can commit to frequent overseas travel - at least 50.

á Post Graduate with 4 - 8 years of experience in a major advisory business or a leading HR
consultancy. We are looking for professionals who have experience in:
Y HR Benchmarking
Y Operating Model Assessment and design
Y HR Cost Assessment
Y HR Outsourcing Shared Service Centre assessment & feasibility
á Experience at managing remote data collection, and running HR scenarios e.g. for business case
development.
á Knowledge of HR operations, processes and systems with particular focus Financial Services
(Banking, Insurance and Investment Management).
á Knowledge of organizational design principles and the development of transformational operating
models.
á Ability to identify, plan, design and shape project work streams, manage progress, resolve issues and
limit risks.
á Strong project management and Project Office skills, with the ability to meet project milestones within
time, cost and quality constraints. Accredited PRINCE2 / PMI qualifications would be highly
desirable.
