á MBA Finance, CIIMA or ACA with 6-14 years of relevant Financial Management advisory experience
across industry.

á Post Graduate with 4 - 8 years of experience in a major advisory business or a leading HR
consultancy. We are looking for professionals who have experience in:
Y HR Benchmarking
Y Operating Model Assessment and design
Y HR Cost Assessment
Y HR Outsourcing Shared Service Centre assessment & feasibility
á Experience at managing remote data collection, and running HR scenarios e.g. for business case
development.
á Knowledge of HR operations, processes and systems with particular focus Financial Services
(Banking, Insurance and Investment Management).
á Knowledge of organizational design principles and the development of transformational operating
models.
á Ability to identify, plan, design and shape project work streams, manage progress, resolve issues and
limit risks.
á Strong project management and Project Office skills, with the ability to meet project milestones within
time, cost and quality constraints. Accredited PRINCE2 / PMI qualifications would be highly
desirable.
