Job Description

Profile: Client Servicing/Relationship Manager

We are looking for experienced/Fresher candidates for client servicing/post sales service/ web sales
service. Must have experience with client interaction/after sales service/internal team
management/managing vendors for ecommerce marketplaces.

Key Skills: Good communications and convincing power, experience in Tele Sales, Online Sales, Web
Sales, Concept Selling is preferable.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidates with experience in client servicing/interaction will be preferred.


- 0-5 years of experience in B2B, B2C, Online/Tele Sales.
- Work with clients in support of new business opportunities, client service, and sales
programs.
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Should be focused on renewals and client servicing.
- Has a good understanding of the Online Industry.
- Generating New Customer and get renewals from the existing clients in domestic market.
- Proficiency in oral and written business communication is must.
- Interaction with prospective & assigned customer on daily basis.

Key Responsibility Area:

- Interact with clients through emails, telephone and in-person meetings as well as interact
with other employees to resolve customer concerns.
- A liaison between external customers and internal departments for their organization.
- Ensure company wise consistency in client service and sales procedures.
- Utilize product solutions and marketing teams to refine service offerings.
- Establish goals, analyze growth, and provide accurate progress reports, forecasts and
budgets.
- Perform situation analysis to make informed decisions that benefit their client and
company, as well as work with other executives to reach all organization objectives.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
