TEST OR MEASUREMENT REPORTS - WRITING A10 0156 3/14

1.OBJECT AND SCOPE

This standard describes the structure of any Measurement (RM) or Test (RE) Reports and the mandatory items they
should contain. It also applies to Verification Reports (CV) and Calibration Certificates (CE).
It is based on the ISO/CEI 17025 requirements and brings some complementary requirements concerning the data
that shall be written.
It is applied internally to the whole PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN group as well as to its supplier partners for
measurement or testing services.
This document is applied to all the measurement/testing processes (including calibration or verification processes)
implemented within the group or within a supplier partner working on behalf of the group.
Provisional measurement results can be established and transmitted in a simplified way without being the object of a
report in the form here required. In this case, the “provisional” property of these results shall be clearly indicated and
those results should never be used in order to take a decision.

4.REALIZATION
4.1. PREAMBLE
A measurement or test report should be written by respecting the writing rules describe in this standard. See
Examples of model forms in Annexes 1, 2 and 3.
The document is composed of:
 a first page that introduces some defined items (See § 4.2.1),
 a document body that includes a minimum of information clearly identified (See § 4.2.2).

4.2. TEST REPORT, MEASUREMENT REPORT OR EXPERTISE SERVICE REPORT

4.2.1. FIRST PAGE
The first page shall contain the following information:
 Reference of the model document used to create the measurement or test report, and managed by the entity that
has issued the document.
 Identification of the company and of the entity that has issued the document
 Title: Either "Test report" or "Measurement report" or "Measurement results" (indicated on each page). When the
measurement activity is a Verification service or a Calibration service, the title shall respectively be “Verification
Report” or “Calibration Certificate” (indicated on each page).
 Title of the document. This title is as follows: Project code/ business plan code- Stage - Component/Function -
Subject.
 Unique document reference (indicated on each pages) :
 PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN : DocInfo Number
 Supplier partners: if the whole report (or only parts of it) is processed by a third-party, identification number
