 Precise Quality Systems. Goregaon (April 2010 – June 2010):
Worked as a management trainee for implementation of ISO 9001:2008 for various companies
where we performed GAP analysis, conducted Internal Audit and helped them in overall
implementation of Management System in various sectors like Textile, Automobile, Metal and
Education.

Responsibilites:
 To organize initial meeting with client and then conducting initial GAP analysis with respect to
ISO 9001:2008.
 To give initial training for employees of organization regarding ISO 9001:2008.
 Performing detailed GAP analysis.
 Helping the organization in maintaining their records.
 Conducting Internal Audit and verifying their records/documents.

 Currently working on a Project with Mahindra & Mahindra Kandivali Plant with respect to
Value Analysis for period of 3 months (Jan 2011- March 2011).

 Conducting study of MAX Pick-up & BOLLERO Pick-up entire assembly line.
 Benchmarking of XYLO pick-up with BOLLERO Pick-up.
 Conducting Value Analysis on Con-Rod (Manufacturing Process), Gear Rod for Pick-ups.
