Abdul Haq Ibrahimzai Logistic Services Co. is a national company incorporated under the Investment Act
of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2015. It registered under license No. 36259 with Ministry of
Commerce and TIN 9001825133. Abdul Haq Ibrahimzai Logistic Services Co. has been a leading
distribution and services company in Afghanistan. They have been in Logistic, sales, and distribution
Paktia Province in radiance of our Experience with Afghan Telecom Salaam (Customer Care) Since July-
2015 and have two franchises in South -East Region. In addition, Salaam can check our Background in
order to know how we can help Salaam’s Customers: will ensure stock availability, Delivery, Customer
care and extend Salaam business in its operational areas especially to new business area’s in districts
level.

and development. AHILSC will be playing active role to implement the project with government and private

Payments / Orders
Abdul Haq Ibrahimzai Logistic Services Company transfers the amount of each invoice to SALAAM bank account
through bank transfer in advance prior the stock receives.
Upon receipt of an order, SALAAM will be providing the AHILSC with an order receipt notice provided that such
order clearly states the amount, and if applicable denomination, of any SALAAM products requested by the
AHILSC.
AHILSC authorized distributors expressly acknowledges and agrees that it will be solely responsible for the
transportation of SALAAM products delivered pursuant to an order or order receipt notice to the territory and that
SALAAM will not be obliged to buy-back or replace any SALAAM product once delivered to or collected by AHILSC
unless SALAAM, acting reasonable but in its sole discretion, determines that the SALAAM products are faulty in any
way in which case SALAAM shall be obliged to replace such faulty SALAAM product.
AHILSC will bear full responsibility for any loss of or damage to the SALAAM products once delivered to us into the
custody of the AHILSC or upon collection by the AHILSC from SALAAM.
Procurement Process

compliance with system operating standards.

The structure of this exclusive SALAAM branded shop in the central business districts of the province will be
including but not limited to:
Distributors Authorized Shop Supervisor: The Distributors Authorized Shop supervisor is the provincial head
of the SALAAM Office in Kabul, responsible for all the districts in Kabul province.
Distributors Authorized Shop Sales Agent: The Distributors Authorized Shop sale agent is responsible for the
overall sales of the SALAAM in Kabul province.
SiS Agent: The SiS Agent is responsible for Replacement of SIMs, activating data and others promotions to
subscribers of SALAAM in Kabul province.
City Sales Representative: The city sales representatives are responsible to present, promote and sell
products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. They have to establish,
develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and achieve agreed upon sales targets and
outcomes within schedule. Representatives also coordinate sales effort with team members and other
departments and continuously improve through feedback.

distributing their products to wholesalers/dealers who are registered as legal commercial entities for the provision
of distributorship services. The wholesalers will in return make sure to find retailers who are registered as legal
commercial entities for the provision of distributorship services. The retailers will be responsible for the
distribution of the product in all villages of the districts, as to make sure that the products will be accessible in
every shop, at every corner of every street of the village. The availability of the product everywhere will have direct

CEO: The CEO plan, develop, implement, direct and evaluate the ABDUL HAQ IBRAHIMZAI LOGISTIC SERVICES
COMPANY fiscal function and performance. Participate in ABDUL HAQ IBRAHIMZAI LOGISTIC SERVICES COMPANY
partner meeting for development and growth of Salaam scratch cards, ABDUL HAQ IBRAHIMZAI LOGISTIC
SERVICES COMPANY performance, target achievement and other major issues that could directly or indirectly
affect the QUICK FAST LSC. He also oversees day-to-day operation of the ABDUL HAQ IBRAHIMZAI LOGISTIC
SERVICES COMPANY and leading the supervision of finance and procurement functions and tasks. Besides that, the
president has general meeting with SALAAM high officials regarding any issues that may rise in contact of ABDUL
HAQ IBRAHIMZAI LOGISTIC SERVICES COMPANY office and SALAAM. Overall, the president is responsible and
accountable for ABDUL HAQ IBRAHIMZAI LOGISTIC SERVICES COMPANY functions, activities, and target
achievement.
General Manager: The general manager assists CEO in key area such as sales, purchase and other add and hoc
affair of the AHILSC. He carries out the day-to-day activities of the AHILSC in line and coordinates with finance and
procurement officers. Reporting general affairs of AHILSC to CEO and participate in AHILSC partner meeting for any
changes or decision taking by majority of partner voting. The general manger has the responsibility and
accountability of the AHILSC daily activities such as, sales, procurements, customer care, dealing with Distributors
Authorized Shops and any other task assigned by Mr. CEO.
Finance & Budgeting Offer: The duties and responsibilities of finance and budgeting officer is the overall financial
management and financial reporting of AHILSC to CEO, distributors and SALAAM . Finance officer prepare daily
reports of sales, purchases and general financial affair and report on daily bases to all distributors and senior
management. Communicate financial issues and problem with distributors, dealers and Distributors Authorized
Shops. Preparing budget for annual and quarterly bases for distributors sales, revenue, and expenditure of AHILSC.
Procurement Officer: The duties of procurement officer are placing purchase order (PO) for Salaam scratch card,
delivery of stock from SALAAM , issue of stock, stock tracking, inventory updates and any other logistic task
assigned by General manager.
Cashier: Maintain daily cashbook, bank transfers, customer cash receipt, payments to individual, reconciliation of
cashbook with QuickBooks and any other task assigned by finance officer.
Stock Keeper: Stock keeper is responsible for stock receive and issue to customers and maintain stock book for
updates and any other tasked assigned by general manager.

Taxation
All the taxes applicable as per Afghanistan’s tax law will be applied. Moreover, AHILSC authorized distributors are
responsible for the collection, remittance and payment of any tax assessed, demanded or otherwise imposed on
the distributor in relation to the purchase, sale and distribution of the SALAAMproduct under new agreement.
The business environment in Afghanistan is stabilizing slowly and gradually. All cellular companies expending its
operations to remote areas and unsatisfied customers base in Afghanistan. New and better arrangements are
made between cellular companies and other stakeholders in supply chain through to the customer base.
It is clear from the experience of SALAAM with AHILSC, that the arrangement of an additional distribution location
will be beneficial for both organizations.
The terms and conditions of the arrangement will be set once the decision of allotted location is communicating to
our management. We have already set aside sufficient amount for the investment in new location/province for
distribution services.
