Sales Administrator
JOB SUMMARY

This Sales Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of sales information processed
through the sales department towards successful completion of customer installation. Creation
of customer accounts, verification of customer information along with key reporting to assist in
the efficiency of the overall department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Compiles reports based on requirements of the Sales Manager, customers and
organization needs towards achieving department goals.
• Analyses and interprets data directly against Key Performance Indicators to ensure all
standards are met and Service Level Agreements adhered to.
• Documents and measures all sales processes against actuals.
• Supports Area Sales Supervisors with reporting information to effectively coach teams
towards improvement.
• Compiling and calculating Commission and Clawback for the sales department.
• Handling all sales agents and internal staff queries and communicating directly with
customers.
• Identifies gaps or deviations in reporting or field agent submissions that may affect targets
• Process orders for field sales agents via CRM or any other approved customer interfaces.
• Product management of current promotions and year to date analysis.
• Manages and contacts customers with any anomalies preventing installation with an aim
to resolve
• Facilitates training for any key software utilized by sales agents along with creation,
maintenance and editing of training documents for agents as the company progresses.
• Distribution of sales leads and sales listings to sales agents via a managed database
• Management of sales agreement contract book filing and storage
• Managing and distribution of sales collateral (ordering, storage, distribution)
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent is an asset


• 5 CXC/GCE O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English Language
• Ability to work as a team
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
• Willing to learn and grow within the department and organization
• Honest and Reliable
• Accurate, alert and pays attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills & team-work
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure with little guidance in a fast-paced
• Works on and completes multiple tasks simultaneously and adapts to priorities that
change often
