HR CONCLAVE REPORT

One day National HR Conclave on “Managing Talents in VUCA world” (V-Volatility, U-

Uncertainty, C-Complexity, A-Ambiguity) was organized by Sri Krishna College of Engineering &
Technology in association with NIPM and HR SANGAM on 8th November 2014. This Conclave
aimed to bring eminent and senior professionals from the industries who have significant
achievements to their credit, primarily in the domain of HR.

The conclave extended the opportunity for individuals associated with the field of HRM, namely
the corporate managers, faculty members and students, to learn and interact with the eminent
panellists. The panel discussion began with Mr.Sasikanth Jayaraman was the keynote speaker of
this conclave. He gave broad idea about the whole discussion. He highlighted that Business
Environment and The HR is the main challenges in this VUCA world. All panel members are insisted
the MBA students to develop and follow some of the following points to face the VUCA world in the future.

Conclave generated lot of participation at student level students got awareness to the emerging
problems and strategies that could be adopted to address the problem. Finally every panelist
have shared their experiences and created learning on the HR related best practices which they
have been experiencing in their organizations.
