competition in which

year is Global Hue. This
year's theme is to persuade
underage girls against
posting provocative
pictures of themselves, or
others, on social
networking websites. The
advertisement must also
discourage the sharing of
private information to
strangers over the
Internet.

VEMI’s Chief Executive Officer,
Julio Jose Mejia. He is working
hard to set the company up for
the new fiscal year, and inspires
us to do our best job to be #1. We
asked him a few questions about
his new status.

Q. How do you feel about the upcoming
fiscal year?
A.“Right now we seem disorganized and
we are trying to get focused. I feel that
when the time comes and everyone will get
more familiar with the work that they have
to do, then it will become easier as the
work will flow . All the competitions are
important to us, but the one that we really
have to focus on is the National Business
Plan Competition.”
Q. How do you feel about your
management team?
A.”I really like the management team.
Based on the knowledge from last year and
the internships, they are very strong people
who know what they are doing. We are all
in a good relationship and I’m very excited
about this year, because I’m ready to
compete and win the competitions.”
Q. Are you going to approach this year
with any new strategies?
A. “At this point I’m not sure. The only
thing we’re changing right now is in the
marketing field. I feel we have strong
people working this year with strong
personalities that can feel the challenge and
want to win.”
