difficult or complex issues. Problem solving is important because it
enables the person/group to take over the environment they are currently
in. If a person can identify a problem and take to necessary steps to solve
it, their work life and personal life will be much easier.

an issue in order to form a judgment. Critical thinking is important
because it helps individuals and teams more effectively diagnose problems
and identify possible solutions that aren't entirely obvious at first.

very important to agree on the steps and conditions you will take so
you can avoid conflict later down the road
