1. Why should enterprisers analyze businesses on three levels – individual,

enterprise and environment?

Enterprisers should analyze business on three levels which are individual,

enterprise, and environment to know on how to approach and interact on the

decisions that they will make in their business. First, enterprisers should know

how they will satisfy at their job, business, and readiness for growth. Second,

enterpriser need to analyze competitors and what will be their advantages to

them. Third, enterprisers need to think for a new product or services that will get

the attention of the customers. Lastly, enterprisers should analyze the three

levels to prepare themselves for the future to become a good and better

entrepreneur.

2. Describe the key characteristics of Type 1 – Escaping to something new.

The Type 1 – Escaping to Something New is like thinking outside the box.

Thinking outside the box simply means that you’re willing to consider different

solutions and methods for reaching your desired outcome. Type 1 Escaping to

something new key characteristics is thinking differently can have a powerful and

positive effect on your career or to your products and services. The type 1 can

expand, discover, and allowing yourself to have a greater perspective to you and

to your business. It will open for more ideas and can help you to know what you

really love and good at.

3. Which archetype is most similar to Type 8 – Methodological Organizing? Which

form differs most from this pathway? Explain you answer.

Type 8 – Methodical Organizing is an entrepreneur who are desire to own

a company that have no prior skills and experience in the field. The archetype

that most similar to Type 8 is the Type 7 – Pursuing New Idea. The type 7 is an

entrepreneur who take risk to produce new products and services to the market. I

think that type 8 and type 7 is most similar because they came from different

careers and now they pursuing new careers which is the entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurs from both type didn’t have prior skills and experiences on the field

but they finding ways to find the right people to help them to achieve what they

want to achieve. These two groups of entrepreneurs have found a greater

outlook on their new careers than being stocked on their past career. I think that

type 3 – using prior skills and contacts differs from type 8, because Type 8 didn’t

have prior skills and experience in the field of entrepreneurship.

4. Explain how you can apply your understanding of the eight archetypes to choose

a pathway to entrepreneurship.

The eight archetypes to choose a pathway to entrepreneurship helps

entrepreneurs understand the different ways of developing strategies for

success. After exploring the eight archetypes of business development make me

realize what I want to become after I finish my degree. I am currently studying

entrepreneurship which is I think my first step to go across the business. The

entrepreneur important to have knowledge, skills, connections, abilities, and

experience to lead you in success. Those eight archetypes might help me to

decide and lead me to the right career that I have knowledge and prior skills to

the work.
