KAMEREO is the first tech enabled supply chain start-up in F&B space. We help small-mid F&B stores to purchase
ingredients faster, better and cheaper. We work directly with farmers and producers with big volume and give
better prices for our customers. Since we have started in 2019.8, we have served 300+ customers who love our
service. This year, we aim to make this number 10 times bigger and plan to expand the Sales team to 60+ members
in the next couple of months, currently 10 members.
To achieve our sales target, we need a strong Head of Field Sales who manage and train field sales agents to go
each streat and talk to all the marchants on the streat daily basis strictly. We value how many times field sales
agents try rather than how much % of a success rate. We value the field sales team not to be afraid that customers
say “No!” and to keep trying to talk as much as marchants. Volume of trial matters rather than success rate of
talking. Volume will help you to understand more about customers and talk then they can improve success rate
later on.
● Directly report to the CEO and responsible for field sales team performance
● You will be tasked with aligning the sales structure with the business strategy whilst maximising the
opportunity for business growth within each channel.
● You will design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and
ensure we will be able to win.
● You will own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
● You will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs.
● You need to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
Requirements
● Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills with strictlicity to force team to achieve
target
● Business level English and Native Vietnamese
● Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
● Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
● Proven ability to drive the sales process from sales plan to close the deal.
● Strong business sense and industry expertise
● The role requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the customer base, the competitive
market, and an ability to analyse sales performance and manage the team/individuals accordingly.
● Proven record of consistent sales delivery in a Field Sales role, ideally within HORECA, MT, FMCG Retail
sales channel.
