Uputnica za fizioterapiju se može dobiti kod liječnika opće prakse ili liječnika specijalista (Ortoped,
Neurolog, Kardiolog,….).
Eine Verordnung zur Physiotherapie kann von einem Allgemeinarzt oder erhalten werden Facharzt
(Orthopäde, Neurologe, Kardiologe,...)
A prescription for physiotherapy can be obtained from a general practitioner or specialist (orthopedist,

Ja sam samostalni terapeu i nemam ugovor sa GKÖ, te je potrebno ishoditi odobrenje za
provođenje terapije radi ostvarivanja prava povrata dijela novca.
Ich bin selbstständiger Therapeut und habe keinen Vertrag mit der GKÖ. Daher ist eine Genehmigung
erforderlich Durchführung einer Therapie, um das Recht auf Rückerstattung eines Teils des Geldes
auszuüben.

Na uputnici je potrebno naznačiti koji postupak se provodi (Einzelheilgymnastik, Neurotherapie,
Hausbesuch), koliko puta ( 6X, 10X ) te koliko traje (30min, 45min, 60min).
Nekad je potrebno naznačiti koji terapeut će provoditi fizioterapiju.
Die Verordnung sollte angeben, welches Verfahren durchgeführt wird (Einzelheilgymnastik,
Neurotherapie, Hausbesuch), wie oft (6X, 10X) und wie lange (30min, 45min, 60min). Manchmal muss
angegeben werden, welcher Therapeut eine Physiotherapie durchführen wird.
The prescription for physiotherapy should indicate which procedure is performed (Einzelheilgymnastik,

Nakon završene propisane terapije dobit će te račun koji možete platiti u gotovini ili
uplatom u banci na moj broj računa.

After completing the prescribed therapy, you will receive an invoice that you can pay in cash or by

napraviti online zahtjev za povrat novca na stranici Vaše GKÖ.

Ihre GKÖ oder es ist möglich Stellen Sie auf Ihrer GKÖ-Website eine Online-Rückerstattungsanfrage.
You send the confirmation of payment and the Approved prescription for physiotherapy to your GKÖ by
post or it is possible make an online refund request on your GKÖ website.

Terminvereinbarung
Imajte na umu da ću dogovoreni termin zadržati isključivo za vas. Nažalost, moram vam fakturirati
za termine koji se ne otkazuju radnim danom 24 sata prije početka liječenja.

Termine, die nicht werktags 24 Stunden vor Behandlungsbeginn abgesagt werden, muss ich Ihnen
leider in Rechnung stellen.

have to invoice you for appointments that are not canceled on weekdays 24 hours before the start of

Ako zbog zdravstvenog stanja ili starosti ne možete prisustvovati na terapiji u mojoj praksi, rado
Vam nudim Terapiju u vašoj kući(kućni posjet). Imajte na umu da ću za to naplatiti nadoplatu.
Obratite pažnju da kućni posjet mora biti naveden na uputnici i odobren od strane glavnog
liječnika kako biste mogli doboti plaćene troškove.

Sollten Sie aufgrund Ihres Gesundheitszustandes oder Ihres Alters nicht in der Lage sein, die
Therapieeinheit in meiner Praxis wahrzunehmen, biete ich gerne Hausbesuche an. Bitte bedenken
Sie, dass ich dafür einen Zuschlag verrechne.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Hausbesuch am Verordnungsschein vermerkt ist, damit Sie die
Kosten nach chefärztlicher Bewilligung refundiert bekommen.

If due to your health condition or age you cannot attend the therapy in my practice, I am happy to
offer you Therapy in your house (home visit). Please note that I will charge a surcharge for this.
Please note that the home visit must be listed on the prescription for physiotherapy and approved
by the chief physician in order to be eligible for paid expenses.
