Birmingham, AL, April 15, 2021 --(PR.com)-- Under 36 – John Cassimus’ Grand Slam Quest: “A Salute
to the National Wild Turkey Federation”

John Cassimus, avid outdoorsmen, land conservation advocate, hunter and notable entrepreneur, sets his
sights on a world record to raise money and awareness for the National Wild Turkey Federation.

The current world record for a Grand Slam in North American stands at all four sub species of turkey
native to N.A. being harvested in 46 hours. Cassimus is attempting to set the new record in under 36
hours. He has chosen the NWTF on this competitive quest to raise money and awareness for the work and
preservation the NWTF takes on. 100% of the donations made to the Under 36 Quest will be donated to
the NWTF. The organization has an outstanding record of utilizing 90% of donations directly to their
conservation efforts.

Cassimus, “It was important as I considered the Grand Slam World Record to connect it to conservation
of land and the promotion of the sport of hunting. My love of land and hunting has always drawn me back
to my original passion of cooking and healthy food. The more we are tied to where our food comes from
and how it is harvested the healthier, we are physically and the more connected to nature we will be.
Since 2012, the NWTF has opened more than 625,000 acres of additional public hunting land, recruited
or reactivated more than 1.5 million hunters and conserved or enhanced more than 4 million acres. This
was extremely impressive to me personally and I want to continue to promote land conservation
throughout my lifetime. It felt right to take on the competitive nature of the Grand Slam and tie it to such
a great cause.”

Cassimus has partnered with outstanding sponsors including Hoyt, Spypoint, Badlands, HHA, Country
Singers, Luke Bryan and Chris Janson and many more (full sponsor list attached) for the Quest. Sponsors
have graciously donated incredible prize packages for those who donate to the NWTF via the Under 36
Quest. Prize packages total $20,000 and each and every donation of $35 or more will receive a $25 gift
certificate to Bass Pro Shops and be entered to win the various packages available.

Cassimus, “We are excited about the quest and even more excited to live stream the entire hunt. The
beauty of technology is that it allows us to let donors and hunting enthusiast experience the entire quest
right along with us. We want everyone to feel involved via their gifts to the NWTF, guessing the finish
time and watching virtually. It will be a lot of fun and all for a very good cause.”
