Explanation of Employment Gap
I was laid off from Precision Technical in May 2010 when the company had to close its doors. I was laid off on good terms and to
this day have an incredibly solid working relationship with Owner. I have been seeking a full time permanent position since May
2010. As of today’s date, I am still seeking work. When I’m not interviewing and job hunting, I keep myself busy with Writing &
Design projects as well as PC Technician projects, which I provide on a freelance basis. Examples of my projects are available upon
request.

Explanation of Employment Gap
I left the County of Sacramento on a long term physical disability. The injury was not work related. I left on good terms with full
reinstatement privileges. Upon recovery in July 2009, I was unable to reinstate due to a countywide hiring freeze. At that time I
began searching for and obtained a position in the private sector. There is no possibility of returning to my previous position. The
countywide hiring freeze is still currently in effect. In addition, my reinstatement privilege was for a term of two years and has now
expired, effective July 2010.

Case Manager/Administrative Assistant 09/2004 - 06/2008


Sacramento County CPS - Adoptions Bureau - Sacramento, California
Case Management; caseload of 154 adoptive families & 11 social workers, routinely maintain & organize all case files, ordering of
confidential documents, handling of confidential electronic records; heavy use of CWS/CMS - Child Protective Services database,
process, deny, approve, & disburse monthly caretaker payments, create, maintain, & update Court Calendars & Legal Notices for all
cases & pertinent parties; send Notice of Hearing documents to all pertinent parties within time frame set by State regulations.
