Because I am hard working & I think I have all necessary qualities that are required for
this job.

What is more important to you: the money or the work?

Money and work both are like siblings. But I believe when you work hard; money will
flow to you. So work is more important than money. Only hard work can help you put
another feather in your success cap.

I am a hard worker and result oriented person.. i am expecting same from my team

Confidence is based on Facts and Figures but over confidence is based on speculation.,
Confidence is when you say "yes i can so this job" over confidence is i only can do this

Hardwork means working but not getting desired output and Smartwork means working
with some logic and skills to get best output.

idle job is that where our multi-management skills have chance to perform them and get

The carrier i choosed M.B.A is because of Hr only. Hr is the only area we can able to
know the behaviour,attitude,psychology of a individual.i have to work for the human
problem,issues their values and thoughts.marketing also deals with the customer of
different types but their solving of problems will come under Hr

How to break the HR interviewers?

You should n't be nervous.Try to motivate the iterviwer in your answar.Always try to be
friendly with the interviwer,so that it is easy to give answer.Don't be confused in your
answer.

i want be as a director in esteemed organization......!!!

A good organisation with perfect management.i heard that in this organisattion i can gain

HR person will have the critical role in any organisation..so to get HR position one
should know about the organisation completely like company profile and business
operations.
And the candidate should have knowledge about recruitment and selection of employees,
training and development, pay roll management, organisational culture and should be
able to manage employee issues.
HR should represent management of the organisation, so knowing about the policies &
procedures of the company is essential
What is the amount of pf and esi for employee to deducted ?
From the employee salary pf deducts by 12% of the basic + DA and ESI deducts by
1.75% of gross salary.
employer contributes 13.61% OF basic + DA towards PF (8.33% towards pension and
3.67% towards EDLI= ADMIN EXPENSES)AND 4.75% of gross towards ESI.

Nobody is perfect.So everyone commit mistakes.Your view is what matters.What you
feel so right may be wrong to others.So have mutual respect.Then no irritation exists.

i love to work under pressure.i feel this is the time to show my ability more. i will take

the unforgettable moment in my life is when i participated in debate competition for the
first time in colledge and stood second ,this gave me confidence to be a good speaker

what should i answer if my interviewer asks me about my short and long term
goals.Tell me with some example?
The short term goal is what u wants to be at present and the long term goal is what u
wanted to be in future ie., may be after 5 or more years or less.

for ex, suppose u r trying in IT based on development side, then u can say ie., for present,
that u want be a software programmer or .net developer and for future, u can say to be the
project leader/manager or at the top position in it.

What qualities do you look for in a boss?

He should be approachable,friendly as well as should be able to manage resources
effectively.

Describe a situation when you had to deal with an upset person and you were able to
calm him/her down. how did you handle it?
I will tel him that,it's none, other than you who is going to help you to come out of the
situation. If you have somebody to blame about,you should make it very clear that in
today's world nobody is bothered about other's problem's,your problems are your's
only..It would be for your betterment only, if you come out of your current state of mind,

Stress is not coming only while you are doing hard work. Simple work / hard work,we

What is management interview ?

Management interview clearly means interview by a manager / Group head / Managing
Director / Vice President level.

This will often be a 5-10 mins session where u might have to talk about yourself and the
skills u bring on board.

Then mostly the person who is interviewing u will talk more than u. So be empathetic
