WHEREAS Lawrence Ware died intestate in Aiken County on October 16, 1964 seized and
possessed of a tract of land containing 124 acres more or less and’a tract of land con-
taining 23 acres more or less; and
WHEREAS Willie Ware, Gertrude W. Johnéon, Frank E. Ware, Lena W. Tyler, Herbert Ware,
Inez W. Quattlebaum, Abell W. Willians and Ella W. Williams are the children and sole
surviving heirs at law of Lawrence Ware, deceased, reference being made to the Probate
Records of Aiken County; and
WHEREAS thoy have agreed on a partition in kind of the lands of the Estate of Lawrence
Ware, deceased;
NOW, THEREFORE KNOW ALL MEN SY THESE PRESENTS, that we, ELLA W. WILLIAMS, INEZ W.
QUAPTLEBAUM, LENA W, TYLER, HERBERT WARE, ABELL W, WILLIAMS, FRANKIE WARE and GERTRUDE

inthe State aforesaid, for and in consideration of the
sumof FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) and partition
to us paid by MELLTE WARE
in the State aforestid receipt whereof 1s hereby acknowledged,
have granted, bargained, sold and released, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sel and release unto the said

Estate of Lawrence Ware, deceased; On the SOUTHEAST by Tract No. 2.
