1.5 ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

Digital Computers & Information Services (DIGICOINS) is managed

by a team of seasoned IT professionals with years of experience in various
aspects of Information and Communication Technology. In ensuring efficiency
in product development and management, DIGICOINS has developed an
organizational structure that attends to administrative, engineering, and
relationship management functions.

Digital Computers & Information Services (DIGICOINS) is composed

of three main teams each headed by a competent manager. Each team is
charged with developing key business strategies to position the company in
the contemporary world of information technology. These teams are:

 Business Development & Relationship Management Team

 Engineering Services Team
 Finance and Administrative Team

1.5.1 Business Development & Relationship Management Team

is composed of Business Development, Direct Marketing and Customer
Services Units. These Units are responsible for the following:
 Marketing our products and services;
 Relating with our customers on every level of needs that might
arise from the use of our products and services;
 Exploring and developing new business opportunities for the
company;
 Helping our teeming customers to efficiently and effectively
understand our products and services;
 Handling of all Public Relations function of the company.

1.5.2 Engineering Services Team is composed of highly trained and

widely experienced Design, Deployment and Maintenance Engineers,
Technologists and other skilled technicians. The team is responsible for the

 Round-the-clock maintenance of our installations nationwide and
our Network Operations Center.
