ownershadto showthey purchased the item in "good faith",in that the settersform is signedby the setlerstating
the item lSNOTSTOLEN. The businessownershad ptanedto havethe attorneysprovidethe settersformsto the potice
on the fottowingmonday.The defendants wantedtheir attorneysto viewthe setlersform in its originalstate, andthey
sharedthisinformationwjth the officerandhe just happened to teavethis part of conversation out of the report,
in orderto makeit appearthe defendants were not cooperating'
