TUITION SETTLEMENT POLICY
1.A student shall be given a full refund if cancellation is requested within 5 days of receipt of Plan One, by notifying the school in
writing. All materials returned to the school must be accompanied by a Return Receipt, indicating date of mailing, contents enclosed, and
signature of sender - failure to provide this may result in loss of refund.
2.If cancellation is made after the 5-day period, the school is entitled to retain a pro-rata share of the Tuition based upon the number
of lessons received by the student. The tuition Settlement Policy is activated only when students have received more Course Lesson
Materials than they have paid for - tuition payments which have already been made to the Institute will not be reimbursed unless such
payments fall within the stated 5-day return policy period of the school. Students who withdraw after the 5-day review period, will be
subject to a $50.00 “Withdrawal Fee” in addition to any pro-rated Tuition fees still owed to the Institute by the student.
3.Fees for materials (Texts, Tapes, etc.) will be refunded in full at any time provided that said materials are returned to the school in
good condition within 5 days after receipt by the student. Materials showing excessive wear, will not be accepted.
4.If credit is granted to the undersigned, he or she is responsible for payment of the account. I/we do further agree that in the event
the account must be placed with a collection agency and/or attorney for collection, the undersigned is responsible for reasonable
attorney’s fees and/or collection fees and service charges.
5.If a student completes a Course Plan in less than a month, the student will be required to pay the pro-rated amount for the next
Course Plan. In addition, if the student’s account becomes delinquent by 3 payments or more (consecutively or otherwise), the student
will be required to pay the pro-rated amount before the shipping of the next Course Plan.
Notice
The following notice is required under Federal law in all installment contracts. In plain English, it gives you extra protection. Any holder of this consumer credit
contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the
Proceeds hereof. Recovery hereunder by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor hereunder.
