1st eSkwela Conference (late 2007)
• Vision: The eSkwela Program will be widely
available across the Philippines to empower out-
of-school youth and adults to be globally
competitive through the effective use of ICTs
in alternative learning.
• Mission Statement: In partnership with
various groups, eSkwela provides out-of-school
youth and adults with opportunities towards
attaining basic education competence and life
skills through the use of an ICT-enabled
environment.
