1.1 Introduce fully automation assembly line (PLC operated system, robot and
CNC machines) to replace human dependency.

1.2 Barcode system for incoming parts recording, wip, finished good and non-
comformance items and inventory management system.

1.3 Usage of imaging ( x'ray) and machine automation for inspection and testing.

1.4 Inspection Computerized and on time data recording (production and

inspection result) and analysis (statistical process control) and to fast
respond on the complaints by customers.

1.5 Fully automation packing machine to speed up packaging time and reducing
packaging failure.

1.6 Automatic label printer using scanner barcode.

1.7 Heavy duty AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and robotic handler for
product handling.

1.8 Change layout to FMS (Flexible Manufacturing Systems) for effective

automation line producing small quantity of varies products.

1.9 Create a sales and advertisements network trough Information Technology

i.e. company web

1.10 Introduce automation system with JIT (Just In Time) manufacturing system.

1.11 Implement TPM to set performance unit for operation especially in term of
automation(maintenance, spare parts control, etc)

1.12 Implement GPS ( Global Performance System) as key performance index for
operation and organization to review the result.

1.13 Study the possibility to replace sand casting technique with High pressure Die
Casting Machine for consistent high volume production to in manufacturing
certain gate valve components.

2.1 Introduce computer aided design (CAD) software for new product design.

2.4 Product development through concurrent engineering (design management

system).

3 Human Resources

3.1 Incorporate SAP business solution system into the operation.

3.2 Customized order from supplier to tailor the requirement through online
ordering.

3.3 New recruitments will be taken with emphasizing on manufacturing

automation background and experience.

3.4 Training for all level of staff (from management to general worker) to
understand automation technology and acquire work related skill for
automation technology.

understand basic Microsoft requirement (Excel, Words, Power Point) for
statistic and reporting presentation
