"I am a Sovereign man/woman, I do not consent to your authority and I deny the
benefits, if you impede my natural right to travel or violate any of my rights, I will
defend myself lawfully from you and your department head, personally and in
your capacity. My fee is $100 per minute if you contract with me by detaining me,
are you detaining me?" (copy this on to a card)
Then follow it with this if the corporate agent attempts to question you, intimidate you,
or restrict your movement in any manner.
“Mr/Mrs--------, I am warning you that anything you say and do to me or my family
can and will be used against you in a Court of Law, a Common Law Court and as
evidence for the Grand Jury” (copy this on to a card)
Then proudly walk or keep walking, do not wait for a response.
Make sure you have a recording unit with you and tell the agent he/she is being
recorded. If the agent or agents try to impede your travel make a note of the time and

A male TSA agent who takes a liking to your young son, will pull
him out of line and have his way with him, if you allow it.

(So here we can see that TSA's security-related guidance is in fact voluntary. Now here
it refers to surface transportation, we are looking for the one which refers to air
transportation, if there is such a thing)

There is a Secretary of Homeland Security, appointed by the President, by and with the
advice and consent of the Senate.
(Here we see that The Secretary of Homeland Security is appointed by the President,
not Congress, which means there is no Congressional power in the Secretary of
Homeland Security over anyone outside of their agency, just like there is no power in
the Secretary of White House Janitorial Services, if there is such a thing, the President
is not a Dictator and therefore cannot dictate power over the free people through any

(b) SUPERVISION OF SCREENING.—All screening of passengers and property at

airports in the United States where screening is required under this section shall be
supervised by uniformed Federal personnel of the Transportation Security
Administration who shall have the power to order the dismissal of any individual
performing such screening.
(Now here we see that the “uniformed Federal personnel” have requirements, but you
will not find where you as a passenger have any requirements. Just because a corporate
agent is required to put his/her hands in your pants does no mean you are required to
allow it. Here you see that these security guards only have the power to dismiss one of
their own.)

(A) a Federal corporation;
(Now here you can see that the term "United States" is in fact a Corporation. This
Corporation was created to bypass the Constitution way back in 1871. This corporation
only has Authority in "any of the “several States” (what ever that is), the District of
Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern
Marianas, or any territory or possession of the United States".)

TITLE 18--CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

PART I--CHAPTER 109--
Sec. 2236. Searches without warrant
Whoever, being an officer, agent, or employee of the United States
or any department or agency thereof, engaged in the enforcement of any
law of the United States, searches any private dwelling used and
occupied as such dwelling without a warrant directing such search, or
maliciously and without reasonable cause searches any other building or
property without a search warrant, shall be fined under this title for a
first offense; and, for a subsequent offense, shall be fined under this
title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
This section shall not apply to any person--
(a) serving a warrant of arrest; or

(b) arresting or attempting to arrest a person committing or attempting to commit an

(Now here we see that we have no recourse against the Agency Agent (TSA, Policeman
etc) if we give our consent, the fact that you did not deny your consent means that you
granted it, that is what the corporate court logic says)

When you travel, repeat the line “I am a Sovereign ….” to everyone between the ticket
counter and your gate who may challenge you. Be ready to be intimidated, but stand
your ground or rather hold your ground while you are moving.
We are passing on this info, after seeing what TSA is doing to our people, we felt it
was our duty to give you this information. No one has a right to see your ticket or ID.
Only the Airline Representative can request your ticket period. The last time we
invoked our rights this way, was before the “pat downs”, (and this was after seeing
other people doing it) we simply did not want to take off our shoes, belt etc, and walked
right through TSA without even having our carry-on scanned. We thought that was
humiliating enough, we cannot imaging anyone touching us or our children, or seeing
us naked. They tried their typical intimidation, called the supervisor, but when we
started taking names they got out of our way. They may not say you are free to go, they
may just step aside or say you are not detained, this is their consent, so start or better
keep walking.
It is a mind game.
TSA agents or local policemen (who also work for a local corporation) cannot hold
you or restrict your movement without violating the warning you gave them.
Be sure to have at least a tape recorder in your hand, pocket or hanging around your
neck, and let them know they are being recorded for your safety, if you can video tape it
all the better. We are getting lots of folks interested in no longer giving their consent
and many of the questions are similar that is why we included the above details. Feel

So, the moral of the Story is, people are being molested, because they know only that
which is fed to them by Liberal and Conservative talking heads alike, as well as
Democrats and Republicans. Because most populations are ignorant of their rights, it is
easy to manipulate them. Those who put forth the effort to learn and practice their
rights, clear the path for the others to follow.
Although Attorneys are not needed to keep the Government corporations off your back
and out of your pants, it is a good idea to have a competent Attorney who can help you
file the proper forms so you can win a Case against any “United States” corporate
employee, but please remember, if the “Judge” (who works for the “United States”) can
show that you even gave the hint of a “consent” he will rule in favor of the “United
States Agent”. Please remember that every Judge, works for the United States
corporation and therefore his first interest is to protect the corporate interest not yours.
Let us put TSA out of service, this is a battle we can win simply by denying our
consent, then we can take out other Government corporations.

(2) Law enforcement terrorism prevention activities
Law enforcement terrorism prevention activities include—
(A) information sharing and analysis;
(B) target hardening;
(C) threat recognition;
(D) terrorist interdiction;
§ 609. Use of funds

Not more than 50 percent of the amount awarded to a grant recipient under section 604
or 605 of this title in any fiscal year may be used to pay for personnel, including
overtime and backfill costs, in support of the permitted uses under subsection (a).

Sec. 1520a. Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological
agents
(a) Prohibited activities
The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)--
(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent
or biological agent on a civilian population; or
(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.
(b) Exceptions
Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the
prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test
or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:
(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical,
therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research
activity.
(2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against
toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.
(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related

(c) Informed consent required

Not later than 30 days after the date of final approval within the
Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to be
conducted by the Department of Defense (whether directly or under
contract) involving the use of human subjects for the testing of a
chemical agent or a biological agent, the Secretary of Defense shall
submit to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and the
Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives a report
setting forth a full accounting of those plans, and the experiment or
study may then be conducted only after the end of the 30-day period
beginning on the date such report is received by those committees.
(e) ``Biological agent'' defined
In this section, the term ``biological agent'' means any micro-
organism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsiac, or protozoa),
pathogen, or infectious substance, and any naturally occurring,
bioengineered, or synthesized component of any such micro-organism,
pathogen, or infectious substance, whatever its origin or method of
production, that is capable of causing--
(1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human,
